The training will be held at a luxurious, private villa surrounded by nature and wildlife in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. The ocean-view villa has its own beautiful Octagonal Yoga Shala that is held by a grandmother tree and overlooking a waterfall. Though it is luxury, we provide many affordable price options! January 2nd is arrival day and we will start with community building and a family style dinner at the villa. Training begins January 3rd and exams/graduation day is January 17th. If you are staying in the house, check-out is by 11am January 18th. See a more detailed daily schedule here.

Each student's final teaching exam will be recorded for them to watch so you can take your own class after the immersion. We will ask for a reflection essay and feedback given by yourself to yourself for your class.

Throughout this training you will learn to creatively curate inspiring classes. We will weave in aspects of Chakras, Archetypes, Goddesses, Devis, the Elements, Storytelling and Astrology right from the start, allowing you to discover what resonates most for you and your style, encouraging you to draw from your own experiences to share authentically.
This will be reflected in every detail including the meals and food lovingly prepared by a fellow yogi and devotee who is one of our favorite chefs with the best vegan restaurant in town. We will ground, inspire and elevate with chakra balancing foods and flow through with elements of Ayurveda.
You will share this incredible immersion and continue your journey with the Soul Root Community, witnessing and supporting each other as you evolve and blossom into this new version of yourself. Grounded in wisdom, leading from your heart.

Prerequisites:
- You should already have a regular yoga practice and have been practicing for at least 6 months. If you are new to yoga, this is not for you, but do please stay in touch for future dates if this is calling to your heart.
- To register we will ask that you fill out a short questionnaire so we can get to know you better, and find out any personal preferences, food allergies, learning style, etc.
- Upon acceptance you will be required to complete a written reflection of a selection of postures.
