- Transportation from SJO to Manuel Antonio ( We are happy to help you coordinate shuttles, taxis, or the domestic Sansa flight from SJO to Quepos, which takes ~20 mins )

Schedule for 5 Night Retreat Manuel Antonio Costa Rica
Day 1 - ARrival ~ 3pm
3 - 5pm - Settle in / explore the house / pool time
5 - 6:30pm - SUNSET DINNER
6:30 - 7:30 pm - Grounding Sound bath
Days 2, 3, and 4
7:30 - 9:00 AM - Morning Yoga, breathwork and meditation at the stunning octagonal yoga shala overlooking waterfall.
9:00 Chef prepared brunch
10:30 - 6:00 PM - Workshops, Tours, Beach time, free time, pool, hikes, national park, bird watching - each day will vary and of course is all optional.
sunset is around 5:30pm each day
Friday night will be Salsa Class at a local restaurant - get your dancing shoes on!
Day 5 - cacao Ceremony
We will gather at the deck for a celebration, together we will open our sacred circle space, cleanse our energy, and share a magical ritual.
