Our Philosophy
Soul Root Collective is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) in the Yoga Alliance International Registry. We believe in the power of yoga as medicine and a transformative practice for this human experience. Our collective is dedicated to sharing ancient wisdom and holistic healing through embodied practices. Playful, authentic, deep connections are integral to all that we share.
Both our accredited 200-hour yoga teacher training and wellness retreat in Costa Rica contain life-changing practices guiding you to a deeper connection with yourself, your truth, your inner knowing.
