You don’t need to arrive an expert, just bring a foundation to build from and a willingness to go deeper.
Before you arrive:
Soul Root Collective is accredited by Yoga Alliance International. Upon successful completion of the training, you’ll receive your 200-hour yoga teacher certification.

Your training begins at the root. On the first day, we explore the Root Chakra, its grounding energy, the color red, and its connection to stability and foundation. It’s where we begin to build the roots that will support everything that follows, with the theme woven through your movement, meditation, learning, reflection, and even the food on your plate.
From there, we move upward through the chakras and their corresponding elements, letting each one shape the experience of the day. By the time we reach the Crown Chakra, you’ve moved through a journey of grounding, exploration, expression, and connection, bringing everything together as you discover how you want to grow from here.
